Have you received a suspicious email from a company pretending to be "K" Line?

We are aware of email and internet fraud that involves criminals who are using the “K” Line (Europe) Ltd. name to contact seafarers with fictitious job opportunities. If you are contacted by someone who you suspect may not be appropriately representing “K” Line (Europe) Ltd. please let us know immediately. These criminals will use mobile telephone numbers and non-company email accounts, such as Gmail. They will try to obtain money from seafarers for UK or EU visa or other travel clearance. Please note that “K” Line (Europe) Ltd. will never charge money to seafarers for recruitment services, visa or other immigration clearance activities. If you suspect that you have been contacted by these criminals, do not provide any personal information, documentation or money, but report the matter directly to the UK authorities’ Action Fraud office.
